Academy course waiting list

If you register your interest in an academy course, we collect your name, email address, chosen course, date of registration and your agreement to receive updates about that course. We use this information to contact you about course details and future enrolment. Registration does not reserve a place or automatically sign you up for marketing about unrelated services.

The Snippitypip is responsible for this information. Our service provider NR Technology & Security operates the website using Cloudflare infrastructure, including a database for course enquiries. We restrict access to authorised staff and use Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent spam.

You can ask us to see, correct or remove your waiting-list details by emailing thesnippitypip@hotmail.com. We will review records and remove them when they are no longer needed for the course waiting list. We will also respect requests to stop contacting you about a course.

Email enquiries

Our general enquiry form opens a draft in your email application. If you send it, your email is delivered to thesnippitypip@hotmail.com and handled by the email provider.

Hair appointments and payments

Hair appointments and gift vouchers open our Timely booking provider. Timely handles the information you provide there under its own privacy terms. Card payments for the future online shop will be processed separately when that service launches.

Cookies and external services

We do not currently use advertising cookies. The site loads Google Fonts; that provider may receive technical request information. The waiting-list form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to verify submissions and may process browser and device information for security. Other external booking and social sites have their own privacy notices.
